Can lingerie items be exchanged or returned?

You can return the item provided that the item is closed in its original packaging and has not been used. According to the laws of the Ministry of Health and hygiene reasons, used lingerie items cannot be returned, not even for measurement. Exchanges will be made if a defect is discovered in the item.

How can I return the item to you?

Contact us so that we can verify that the item meets our return policy. You can come to us by prior arrangement for a free return, or alternatively send the item to us at the customer's expense. Our address: Mendeli Mocher Sfarim 16, Tel Aviv.

I received a damaged item, what do I do?

We do our best to provide high quality and completely functional products. If you encounter a defect, contact us and we will be happy to assist and address the issue.

Can I cancel an order I have placed?

How do I know which size is right for me?

The product I wanted is listed as out of stock, will it be back?

We update the site and inventory regularly, so it's worth checking in and checking back. You are also welcome to contact us to make sure the product is back in stock.

Is purchasing on the site safe?

Shipping Policy

I placed an order on the website, when will I receive it?

Deliveries are provided by courier to your home within 7 business days.

What do you mean by business days?

Business days are weekdays - Sunday through Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, holiday eves, and Hol Hamoed - are not considered business days.

Can I pick up my package by self-pickup?

You are welcome! You can arrange with us in advance and come pick up the package at the address: Mendeli Mocher Sfarim 16, Tel Aviv.
